Specialists in gynecology, pain management, obstetrics, internal medicine and cardiology see patients on a regular basis.

The clinic also offers x-ray, laboratory testing and electrocardiograms (EKGs) every week.

Walk-In Clinic

Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

The walk-in clinic treats minor medical issues. We strive to see patients on a first-come, first-served basis, but ask for your patience as we do prioritize patients with more urgent medical needs.

The walk-in clinic includes a weekly Orthopedics walk-in clinic on Thursdays from 11 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. where patients are also seen on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: the walk-in clinic is not an urgent care nor emergency room. Please do not come to the walk-in clinic with medical emergencies or life-threatening conditions, such as symptoms of heart attack or stroke, spinal/head injuries, uncontrollable bleeding, large open wounds or major broken bones. Please go to the nearest Emergency Room.

Sliding Fee Scale

The Walk-in Clinic charges the same fees as the HRRMC Buena Vista Health Center charges during their normal business hours. The Buena Vista Health Center participates in Medicare and Health First Colorado (Medicaid). It is also a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and Colorado Health Service Corps (CHSC) site.

As an NHSC and CHSC site, the clinic offers a sliding-fee payment scale for self-pay and uninsured patients based on income and family size. It is the policy of the HRRMC Buena Vista Health Center to provide essential services regardless of a patient's ability to pay.
