Family Medicine & Obstetrics

Our primary care providers Dr. James Wigington, Dr. Ashley O'Hara and nurse practitioner Sarah Stoit, FNP-C, offer a full-service health clinic, caring for all members of the community and families, including children, teens and adults.

Physicians James Wigington and Ashley O'Hara also offer obstetrical services, supporting you and your growing family at all points of your pregnancy and post-partum.

Substance Use Services

If you or a family member or friend are experiencing or struggling with substance use issues, our providers are here to help with support and treatment options.

Rehabilitation

Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (by appointment only)

Our clinic offers Physical Therapy services for you to return to work, sport or general health after injury or surgery.

Direct Access Laboratory Testing

Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (by appointment only)

Women's Wellness Clinical Services

HRRMC's Women’s Wellness Connection (WWC) program offers free cervical cancer screenings/Pap smear tests and free breast cancer screenings/mammograms to women who qualify.

Sliding Fee Scale

The Saguache Health Center participates in Medicare and Health First Colorado (Medicaid). It is also a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site.

As an NHSC site, the clinic offers a sliding-fee payment scale for self-pay and uninsured patients based on income and family size. It is the policy of the HRRMC Saguache Health Center to provide essential services regardless of a patient's ability to pay.
