1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month

Medical Services

Family Medicine and PCPs: Dr. G. Marcus Stephens, Dr. Meggan Grant-Nierman, and Dr. John Wuellner provide family medicine and primary care along with family nurse practitioner Maria Duran-Shy. Dr. Amy Beauprez also offers pre-natal care, and Dr. Grant-Nierman also offers obstetrical/pregnancy care.

Specialists: Several HRRMC specialists visit the clinic regularly:

Discount laboratory tests: HRRMC provides weekly direct access testing Monday-Friday. Choose from a menu of various tests. Cash-based and no provider's order is needed. No appointment necessary.

Full service pharmacy: For all of your prescription, medication and over-the-counter needs. The CCHC Pharmacy is open to all patients of the clinic and to the public, the CCHC Pharmacy has a large inventory of common prescription drugs and over-the-counter items.

Verbal Consent Forms

Please read the following applicable consent form(s) below prior to your visit for any HRRMC providers and services, as we are authorizing verbal consents. If you have a telehealth appointment, you must review and provide verbal consent to both forms.

While this is a rural clinic, it serves as a gateway to more advanced or acute services you may need. Local providers and support staff can help stabilize patients and see that Custer County Emergency Medical Services transports them to higher-level care.

Van Transport Services

Monday-Friday and as-needed by special arrangement 9 a.m.-3 p.m. HRRMC will pick you up at CCHC, drive you to HRRMC's main campus in Salida for any specialist appointments, tests or services and drive you back to CCHC by 5 p.m. This service is FREE of charge. Call to schedule.

Women's Wellness Clinical Services

HRRMC's Women’s Wellness Connection (WWC) program offers free cervical cancer screenings/Pap smear tests and free breast cancer screenings/mammograms to women who qualify.

To be eligible, women must be between the ages of 21-64 years old, living within a specific income level, be uninsured or underinsured and reside in Chaffee, Saguache, Custer, western Fremont, western Park or Lake Counties.

Our Women’s Wellness Connection team provides the support you need to navigate the healthcare system. Community Health Coordinator Melanie Critelli can help to connect you with doctors, schedule appointments and answer questions about preventative screenings – all at no cost to you.
