Your clinic portal empowers you to conveniently and securely manage many of your healthcare needs, anytime, from anywhere with an internet connection.
If you were a patient at HRRMC Outpatient Pavilion, Salida Health Center, Buena Vista Health Center, Saguache Health Center or Custer County Health Center, you are able to access limited records from your visit through the patient portal. Records can take up to 72 hours after your visit to become available. Keep in mind that medical providers are required to approve all records before they will be posted to your portal account.
Information and tasks you can access through the portal includes:
- Safely and securely access your medical information from anywhere on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
- See the visit summary from your clinic appointment
- Send and receive secure, non-urgent messages to and from your provider’s office
- Inquire about appointment availability
- Request medication refills
- View test results, medication lists, allergy list, immunizations, current and past health concerns
- Pay your bill
Please note that due to the sensitivity of some test results and reports, certain protected health information may not be accessible via the Patient Portal. You may obtain a copy of these records by contacting the Medical Records Department.

You can do so at your next scheduled visit or you can come to the registration desk at the hospital. Once the request has been processed, you should receive an e-mail confirming your registration from donotreply@aprima.com with the subject line “Welcome to the HRRMC-Medical Clinics Patient Portal.”
