As a healthcare organization, we recognize healthcare systems are complex, and that navigating healthcare systems can have its challenges. As HRRMC continues to grow and expand services in 2025, we understand that trying to figure out how to have your needs met may also be more complex. We are supplementing our communication to better serve our patients and community with a Patient Resource Liaison.
This newly created position will support and guide patients who are frustrated, stuck, confused or not sure where to turn next for help in areas such as:

Scheduling
-
Phone system
-
Bills
-
Insurance
-
Medical care or treatment
-
Prescriptions
-
Service barriers, and more.
If you, a loved one or friend have tried navigating any of these kinds of challenges on their own, and have not been successful, the Patient Resource Liaison will assist you with next steps toward resolution of your issue.
The Patient Resource Liaison is available on by calling (719) 530-2205. When calling, please be ready to explain your issue in full detail, what steps you have taken to resolve it, and what end result you are trying to achieve. That way our liaison can fully understand your ask to better help guide the process.
If your call isn’t immediately answered, you will receive a response back within 24 hours, unless you have called over the weekend, to which you will receive a response by the next business day.
We hope this position helps alleviate frustration for our patients, and decrease barriers to result in better medical service and treatment for our community for years to come.
