For patients with limited-to-no insurance or high-deductible plans, we offer several options, laboratory testing, select imaging procedures and rehabilitation services.

Saguache Health Center and Custer County Health Center.
Imaging: Cash-based Pricing For MRIs, CT Scans and Complete Echocardiograms
Available at HRRMC's main campus in Salida.
Rehabilitation: Cash-based Pricing
Physical Therapy is offered at HRRMC's main campus in Salida, Buena Vista
Health Center, Custer County Health Center and Saguache Health Center.
Occupational and Speech Therapy are available at HRRMC's main campus and
the Buena Vista Health Center.
HRRMC Financial Assistance Policy
Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center (HRRMC) is committed to providing quality healthcare and meeting the healthcare needs of the community it serves. No patient will be denied medically necessary treatment on the basis of their ability to pay for such services. By virtue of its exemption from federal and state taxes and as a part of HRRMC's mission to serve the healthcare needs of the community, HRRMC will provide financial assistance (charity care) to qualified patients who are uninsured or underinsured and do not have the financial means to pay for hospital services.
