HRRMC Pharmacy at the Custer County Health Center in Westcliffe opens Nov. 13
WESTCLIFFE, Colo.—A full-service pharmacy will open to the community at HRRMC Custer County Health Center on Monday, November 13. The pharmacy is located within the clinic at 704 Edwards Ave. in Westcliffe.
Prioritizing patient-first customer service, the pharmacy will have a full-time pharmacist available onsite, and the larger pharmacy team will be available for all patient needs Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
“We are excited to bring a full-time pharmacy to Westcliffe under the experienced hands of our CCHC pharmacist Michelle Common,” said HRRMC Director of Pharmacy Jonathan Trenary.” We work closely with providers to ensure exceptional care is delivered, and want our community to know the pharmacy is here to serve clinic patients, employees and the public, regardless of if you’re a patient at CCHC or not.”
The pharmacy has a large inventory of common prescription drugs and medications, and accepts the majority of commercial and government funded insurances.
Over-the-counter and convenience items, such as common cough and cold medications, common pain relievers and common allergy medications are also available.
The pharmacy can place special orders for prescription drugs and over-the-counter products that are not regularly stocked. All special orders will be available the following business day by 4 p.m.
