HRRMC assumed management of Fairplay-based South Park Health Care clinic on March 1, 2023.This clinic serves Park County residents, including those living in Fairplay, Hartsel, Alma, Como, and Jefferson. We are pleased to extend our successful rural clinic model to this region and ensure accessible health care without residents needing to drive 60+ miles to receive basic services. The HRRMC Foundation is seeking grant funds to upgrade imaging and lab equipment, along with computer and phone equipment that networks with HRRMC to ensure seamless communications in that region.
