HRRMC Revamps Patient Portal Process and Support Line

SALIDA, Colo.— Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center has revised the process to sign up for its Hospital and Clinic Patient Portals, which provide secure online access to medical records, billing, and other patient health information.

Patients must register for the Hospital Patient Portal and Clinic Patient Portal separately.

The Hospital Patient Portal offers access to medical records from hospital overnight stays, test results, and other services received at the hospital.

The Clinic Patient Portal gives access to records from services received at the HRRMC Outpatient Pavilion, Salida Health Center, Buena Vista Health Center, and the Saguache Health Center.

Call 719-530-2442 or email patientportal@hrrmc.net to set up a clinic or hospital portal. The portal helpline is open between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. All messages will be returned within 24 business hours.
