Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center's Family Birthing Center is offering an express childbirth class on Tuesday, Nov. 28, from 6 – 9 p.m. The class will be held in the Harvard and Antero conference rooms on the hospital’s second floor.
The express class is a condensed version of the full-day class and highlights important information about childbirth, comfort measures, interventions and breastfeeding.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a floor mat or blanket and pillow. Light snacks are provided. You are welcome to bring your dinner.
Cost of the class is $25. Scholarships are available.
