About Daniel
Dr. Jensen grew up in a military family and moved to the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs in 1996. After graduating from high school, Dr. Jensen attended Brigham Young University, where he graduated with University Honors and studied Biochemistry and Portuguese. Dr. Jensen then returned to his home state of Colorado and attended medical school at the University of Colorado. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Jensen completed his dermatology residency training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Following his residency training, Dr. Jensen was selected for a prestigious one-year fellowship in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at Scripps Clinic, in San Diego, California. During his fellowship, Dr. Jensen learned cutting-edge techniques in skin cancer treatment and reconstruction, working in an interdisciplinary setting with plastic surgery, head and neck surgery, oculoplastic surgery, radiation therapy and medical oncology.
