About Daniel

Daniel has a Bachelor's of Arts in Anthropology from Colorado College, a Master's of Science in Sports Medicine from UCCS, and an Associate's of Science in Physical Therapy Assistant from Pueblo Community College. After getting his Master's he worked as a personal trainer for five years. During that time, many clients complained of pain during exercise. He began
researching how to reduce pain during and with exercise which led him to
become and Exercise Specialist at a Physical Therapy clinic. While working at the
clinic he went to school to get a degree to become a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Daniel has a passion teaching people exercise and the importance of physical
fitness for mental and physical health.

On his days off, he enjoys doing all things that the Colorado outdoors has to offer
with his family, including hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing and
snowboarding/skiing.
