NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

There will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of Salida Hospital District d/b/a Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center at 1000 Rush Drive beginning at 11:00 A.M. via Zoom:

Wednesday, September 29, 2021

The Board will immediately adjourn into Executive Session under provision of: Matters required to be kept confidential by federal or state law (including, but not limited to, Quality Issues and Physician Credentialing) – C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(c); C.R.S. 12-36.6, et. seq., 4 C.R.S.; and U.S. Health Care Quality Improvement Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C., Section 11101, et. seq. and Legal Advice– C.R.S. 24-6-402 (4)(b)
