Details:

All expectant or new mothers along with their support person are encouraged to attend. Classes include key stages of birthing and managing pain levels, breathing techniques and what to expect during delivery. Interactive discussion about the benefits of breastfeeding, how to get the best breastfeeding start, proper latch, positioning, when to feed, maintaining milk supply, and more. New babies are always welcome!
